Becoming a parent gives you another chance to heal from your own past wounds. As your family grows, you may feel called to reevaluate your childhood experiences, recognize current triggers that go back to your past, and decide how to move forward for yourself & your children.
Through relational therapy and brainspotting therapy, you can build more neural pathways that allow more flexibility in your nervous system. Our therapy approach allows your brain to rewire itself, letting go of cycles you were stuck in. Healing does not have to be painful. Frequently Asked Questions
How long are therapy sessions?
Each session is 60-minutes in length. The intention of our sessions is based upon what you would like to focus our time together on.
How much are therapy sessions per hour?
Therapy sessions are $150/hour.
Do you take insurance?
After payment is received, an email with a receipt will be sent. You can submit your receipt for private insurance coverage. Coverage is dependent on the insurance provider and employer.
If you do not have insurance or your company does not cover our sessions, you can save our receipts and submit as a health expense at tax time.
Do you work with parents only?
No, we work with adults of all ages, regardless of being parents or not. We also support couples and children.
