How We Support Our Clients
What Our Clients Love About Us:
Our office space is warm and inviting. We know how hard it is to come to therapy, and have done everything we can to make you feel more at ease. Our office spaces have low lighting, beautiful furniture, calm music playing, and ample space for families and couples to attend sessions together.
We care, deeply. When we are with clients in session, nothing else is on our minds. We are truly present and focused on your health and well-being. If there are hard moments, we are there to support you through them. Whether our clients are happy, sad, angry or frustrated, we hold space for their emotions and validate their experiences.
Trauma-informed therapy for all ages. Trauma is a word that we all know and yet it can feel as though we are never broken enough to use it for ourselves. Our therapists are well-versed in trauma approaches and make sure to attend to all of our clients in an attuned way. Each and every one of us have lived experiences that influence us on a daily basis.
We love supporting families. Whether you are alone and feeling isolated, are struggling in a high-conflict marriage, have family members who you want to repair relationships with, or have children and teens needing support, we are here. We want you to feel connected and safe, no matter what family is for you.
