About Me

Helping you reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and your story—with care and compassion.

As a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist, Courtney offers a space where healing begins by feeling safe, heard, and supported just as you are. With a focus on trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship strain, she gently guides clients toward deeper understanding, regulation, and meaningful change.

Courtney supports adult individuals and couples, with particular focus on trauma, relationship repair, and life transitions. She has a heart for helping professionals, parents, and people navigating emotional disconnection or burnout. Her work is especially attuned to the needs of clients who feel like they’ve “held it all together” for too long and are now ready to be supported themselves.

Courtney also brings specific expertise in birth trauma and reproductive experiences—including perinatal anxiety, traumatic births, and feeling disconnected from your body or baby after delivery. She helps clients process what happened, reconnect to their inner resilience, and reclaim a sense of safety and agency.

In couples therapy, Courtney works from an attachment and communication-focused lens. She helps partners move from patterns of misunderstanding and disconnection toward trust, emotional safety, and clarity in how they relate to one another. She blends evidence-based tools with emotional attunement to support each person in feeling seen and supported within the relationship.

Courtney’s approach draws on Brainspotting, somatic strategies, trauma-informed CBT, and EFT couples work. With her nursing background and calming presence, clients often describe sessions as “centering” and “empowering.” She believes that healing is not about fixing what’s broken—but honoring what you’ve carried and finally letting it soften.

“In our work together, I offer a calm, compassionate space to explore what’s been weighing you down. Using tools like Brainspotting, CBT, and nervous system regulation, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface so you can move toward clarity, healing, and lasting change.”
