Yes, we provide virtual therapy sessions across Ontario, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home. All therapists on our team are available in-person and virtually.

Can I use my insurance?

Many insurance plans cover our services. We provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It is important that you check with your insurance before your first appointment to make sure they cover your therapist's designation.
