CMHA Grey-Bruce provides a wide range of community-based mental health and addiction supports for individuals and families across the region. Services may include counselling, recovery-oriented programs, case management, and support navigating the mental health system. Intake services are available through their central contact line to help connect individuals with appropriate care.
Brightshores Health System – Mental Health & Addictions

Brightshores provides hospital-based and community mental health and addiction services across Grey-Bruce. Supports include short-term and longer-term treatment options, inpatient and outpatient care, and follow-up services.
The Wellness & Recovery Centre in Owen Sound (615 6th St ‘A’ East) is a central access point for mental health services in the region. Navigation support is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., to assist individuals in accessing appropriate care.

Safe ‘N Sound provides low-barrier supports for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Owen Sound and surrounding areas. Services include access to basic needs, advocacy, referrals, and community support through The Space at 310 8th Street East.

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy offers free, evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for adults (18+) experiencing depression, anxiety, or anxiety-related concerns. Services are publicly funded and delivered through participating clinics across Ontario.
