Who I Work With

Anxiety & Self-Esteem · Addictions · School & Adolescent Struggles · Family Conflict · Men’s Issues · Life Transitions · Complex & Attachment Trauma

Youth 12-18

I support teens in exploring their identity, managing stress, and navigating life’s challenges with empathy and practical tools.

Individual Adults

I offer a collaborative, compassionate approach to help adults process lived experiences, develop strategies to cope, and build self-esteem and confidence.

Couples

I provide couples counselling to adults, using a collaborative approach I support partners to open up and explore challenges.

Family

I provide family therapy using various therapy modalities, with years of experience supporting families in community mental health. Family therapy offers a new way to relate to the people you are closest with.

About Me

My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) to support meaningful, lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while building practical strategies they can use in everyday life.

I bring experience from community mental health, youth justice, and intensive family-based treatment settings. This background shapes a flexible and thoughtful approach, allowing me to meet clients where they are—whether they’re navigating a current stressor or exploring longer-standing patterns.

I’m especially attuned to the realities of rural and close-knit communities, where trust, privacy, and relationships carry deep importance. My work reflects a genuine understanding of both the strengths and pressures within these environments, offering a steady, respectful space for people to make sense of what they’re going through.
